How to take?

To begin, tilt your head sideways with the ear you wish to treat facing up. Place 3 or 4 drops of Sodium Bicarbonate Ear Drops into the ear using the dropper, taking care not to touch the ear with the dropper. Keep your head tilted for a few minutes to allow the drops to reach your eardrum, then use a tissue to clear away any drops that have run out of the ear. Repeat with the other ear if necessary. For best results, use drops twice a day for up to 7 days.
